We have a merchant, with Clover Flex on semi-integrated solution on Windows OS. Based on what we are seeing, the 1st transaction of the day fails with logs indicating no response from Clover. Simply canceling and trying again works.
Windows OS C: drive is frozen using a program called "Deep Freeze" - which reverts the drive to its original state after a reboot. Our application is running on a separate partition that is not impacted by this utility. The Clover SDK however is installed on the C:\ - so I suspect something must be happening resulting in this issue here.
