DevKit clover mini

Hi David,



I've remove the following Devkit serial C032EQ94670365 from my account and re-assign it to a new test account mid. But as I didn't perform a factory restore of the device before re-assign. I can't access it.


Would you kindly be able to complete a remote factory restore for me to the following serial number C032EQ94670365 please ?

I am not sure what you are asking. If you have the device then you can perform a factory reset yourself, you don't need me.

Hi David,


I cant access the Devices as I forgot the user password, therefore I removed the device from my developer account and create a new one.


I taught move the devkit to another account would factory restore it.
