Orders created using REST API missing in clover dashboard

Hello,

We are creating orders at Clover using REST API. Few orders are missing in clover dashboard though we are receiving clover order numbers after creating orders .

We are not able to check order receipts using clover order #s. receiving error as -

We couldn't find that receipt

Can anyone help what can be issue for this ? Also Kitchen receipts are not printing automatically.

These orders have been deleted which explains why the receipt is not available.
