Error Retrieving Merchant Information issue

Hi there I have a clover dev kit (clover mini), Im trying to activate it and it is showing me this message Error Retrieving Merchant Information (see below image please/). Also yes I did associated the device from my sandbox account.

Could you please help me about this.

P.S: DEV OR SUPPORT EMAILS ARE NOT HELPING ME, also many calls are wasting my time. they suggested me to post the issue in here. Crazy ah!!!

Hi @Munch, please email devkit@clover.com with your device's serial number. This is listed on the box and also in the printer compartment on your device.
