1. Migrated from Developer pay API to Ecommerce API
2. Checked the hosted iFrame checkbox in the Ecommerce Settings of the app
3. Checked READ permissions under the Customer in the Requested Permissions section. The latter we are not entirely sure we actually had to do or now.
The question is - Do we need to submit a revision of the app?

You shouldn't be guessing what permissions you require, you should fully test your app in sandbox and you should know what permissions you require. Failure to do this will likely mean you will need to adjust your permissions later which is a big hassle for you and our merchants (uninstall/reinstall app, obtain new token). So please, spend the time to get it right. The permission requirements for the EComm API are documented here - https://docs.clover.com/docs/ecommerce-app-permissions. Permission changes must be submitted and approved.
The app was tested in sandbox and we followed https://docs.clover.com/docs/ecommerce-app-permissions. So, a new version of the app needs to be submitted then?
