Semi integration approval next steps

Hi there, I was in touch with Ricardo yesterday regarding semi integration approval, and he said I would hear back from someone by the end of the day, but I still haven't heard from anyone. Beyond that, the original ticket was closed, preventing me from replying to it, thus the need for this new topic. Can you please let me know what's going on here?
