When using the clover flex to email a receipt to a customer, I input the customers email. Where is this email stored/processed etc. Is it stored on a clover server in the US?
We are based in the EU and are trying to understand if the customers data (email in this case) is processed outside of the EU when using this feature?

The customer email is typically stored in a database, but if you're using a disposable temporary email, it might not be saved for long or could be excluded from permanent records.
