Multi developer accounts

Can I add multiple developers for sandbox accounts and production to build my apps.
I'm building an app and I want my programmer to use and account under my production and sandbox accounts. Is that possible or do I have to make a generic account and show passwords.

You can invite people to join your account. Developer Settings -> Members -> Invite Member.

Yes, you can do that in both environments.
