We have a loyalty application on Clover. Our application installs its application button and a tender on the payment screen in register. One new client was running our application on several devices without any issues. However, he just got a new Clover Station 2018. Although he has installed our app on his new Clover station, the app's button is not showing on the payment screen. Only the tender shows.
I have never seen this happen in hundreds of installations. Can anyone please help identify the issue? I can privately send you the merchant is if needed.
