App installation callback url from app market

Not getting code and merchant id in callback url while installation of development app on any of the merchant account.

On installation of app redirection is done on callback url with no oauth parameters.

5V9TMKGB58JCP is a production app that is not approved.

At time of app approval (that is after submission when app will be approved by clover)only then I can install app on merchant account from app market with authorization code
