Is the creditSummary taxAmount included in the creditSummary amount value?

We use the current/reports/payments API as well as the current/reports/taxes API. We know that in the refundSummary data, that the refundSummary taxAmount is included in refundSummary amount. My question is whether this same pattern is true for the creditSummary. Does the creditSummary amount value include creditSummary taxAmount when the taxAmount value is non-zero?
