release group csv file template sample

We are planning to push an App update to a specif list of merchants.. I'd like to use the CSV upload function. is it possible to get a template so the file can be formatted correctly.

I believe it is just the merchant uuid followed by a comma followed by another uuid:

merchantUUID1,merchantUUID2, etc.
