Split payment from iOS SDK

Is it possible to split a payment to partly to a merchant and partly to another account using the iOS SDK?

It isn't clear what you mean by another account, do you mean two Clover accounts? Is this a payment for a Clover order? If so an order is owned by a merchant, so splitting payment for an order doesn't make sense because the order won't be available to both merchants. If you are just making a payment (charge, no Clover order) you could make a request for each merchant.

We want to do something like offerup where a single payment is split and part goes to the seller and part goes to the app developer or company.
