API docs related to Employee Job code

In V3 Doc, I have found employee record with role "EMPLOYEE". Which is a system defined role along with ADMIN and MANAGER. However, I can not find any information on Employee Job code/Department under which they clocked under.

Has anyone seen any reference to it?

If you would like to have greater granularity on what exact job an employee is doing then I would suggest adding additional roles to accommodate those roles.

OK, but you can not apply multiple roles to each employee, therefore, one employee can only hold one position. In restaurants, that is practically impossible. Also, I don't see where to apply hourly pay rate for each role?
