We have Clover and Shopify connected via the SKUIQ app. Orders, inventory customers and products are synced. Orders from Shopify flow to Clover and not the other way. We have a test product that is synced between both and is labeled Kitchen Printer in Clover (like other products that have the same label and print). We've sent over 2-3 test orders sync from Shopify to Clover, but they won't print on the kitchen printer. Both Clover and SKUIQ support is telling the "issues" is with each other, but won't actually look at the order. Has anybody else had this issue before? Maybe I'm missing a setting or another workaround? Thanks in advance!
