I want to Receive BrodcastReceiver on Order Payment inorder to roundup order amount for donation purpose. Please guide me how to do it.

Once any order place and user goto checkout page. I would like to show popup which shows Round-Up order amount to user for making Donation or not. Please guide me how to achieve this.
