Secure Network Pay Display / DNS name is Clover-unknown.local

Tried to connect POS software (.net in Windows) with customer's Clover machine (Mini Flex 1st gen).

Downloaded the Secure Network Pay Display and entered the settings. Then its DNS name is Clover-unknown.local. So could not connect to Clover machine using semi-integration.

As far as I know, the DNS name is Clover-device s/n.local.

Could I get the answer about it?

I faced the same issue.
My solution:
- Tap "Start" button of the SNPD app first
- After that, exit the SNPD pairing screen by tap 4 corners

=> The DNS name will be updated to s/n

Thank you. Phan.

I already tried to exit and restart SNPD several times but it was same.

Is the meaning of 'Exit the SNPD app' that simply exit or reinstall?

I mean "Exit the SNPD app" that simply tap on 4 corners of the screen to back to the info screen (show the IP address & DNS name) of SNPD app
