Hi, I am a bookkeeper for a small in-home service company. We have 2 Clover devices that our technicians use in the field. It works great for them, but for me, I have a difficult time getting payment information to enter into QuickBooks. We take larger payments that I need to apply to specific accounts, I need the customer name, amount, CC type and approval code. I don't see an easy way for me to get that information without clicking deep into each transaction. If we can figure this out, we will be adding at least 3 more devices, but for now it is too labor intensive to be our payment solution.
