On the developer dashboard, I am unable to see one. I have created a webapp and can see the app ID. Is it visible to approved developers only? I am not an approved developer yet. I am following https://docs.clover.com/build/oauth-2-0/ where the last step requires client_secret.
On the developer dashboard page, find your app and click on its Settings (create an app if there is none in the list of apps on the developer dashboard). Expand the App Type (in my case, web app) you chose while creating the app. The client secret can be seen there.
