Order Printer Configuring Option Not Shown for Production Merchant

The printers app is not showing a section for the Order Printers, and it does not show the option of 'Order Printer' when clicking on the green + sign on the Printers app.

However, when our application invokes the printerConnector.getPrinters(Category.ORDER) it receives a printer, and the Order Receipt print job (Kitchen receipt) gets printed on this Receipt printer.

Any reason why the above behavior can happen for a Production Merchant?

Sorry, I don't know. You may want to have the merchant ask Clover support.
