SERV NOT ALLOWED: Card type cannot be processed on your merchant processing account. Ask for another form of payment.

When I use production Clover merchant, I am getting this error

SERV NOT ALLOWED: Card type cannot be processed on your merchant processing account. Ask for another form of payment. Contact support if you believe this to be incorrect

What is issue and how to resolve?

It would be helpful if you would provide some details, such as, what card are you using? Is this a test or live merchant?

live merchant, and also card type is AMEX

Your merchant does not have an AMEX entitlement. This is a question for Clover support and out of the scope for this community/forum.
