I just setup a dev account and activated my mini, but i only see a few apps to add and am looking for a specific one to work with. What am i missing?

One possibility that got me the other day was that you need to set the pricing for your app before it is visible to install from the market. When you look at your apps in the dashboard, if they have a 'preview on App Market' link they should be fine, if they don't you need to set some pricing info.
You will not see any other apps then Clovers on Sandbox. Once you push your apps to your device you will see them there as well.
