Clover POS manual order printing error once order create through API

Hello,

for last few days we are monitoring and having a new issue with Rest API here is the problem definition for your tracking and advice

1. Clover POS in our premises- when create manual order its print in our kitchen its work perfectly

2. When we create order from REST API it appears in clover pos but after that all our order we create manually in POS stopped printing then

3. we have to call Clover support and they fix the issue in POS then again it works fine but as we received new order from REST API to clover pos its again stopped printing manual order also.

please check and advice us solution

What does Clover support do to resolve the issue?

The Clover rep re-installed all of the printers configured on the Clover POS and this temporarily resolved the issue until next REST API call. At that time, the printer once again goes offline.

Reproduce the issue then send us the device logs. This can be done from the help app on the device. Open the help app and the from the menu select diagnostics and then select the button titled something like send device logs. Once that is done provide us with the device serial number in a private post.
