regarding clover dashboard employees

Hi,

I would like to know about can employees login to clover dashboard(sandbox or production).I created an employee but when I try to login using employee email and passcode.It shows me that verification link is send.But I didnt get any mail for verification.Can you please help me for the same.

This is likely because you already have another type of account that uses the same email address.

Hi David,

There is no other type of account with same email address
