Regarding tax rates, why doesn't Clover and Commerce Sync have the same programming?

Clover rounds up the tax rates, but Commerce Sync does not. Why does a merchant have to manually enter sales data in QuickBooks when Clover and Commerce Sync data is off by $0.01. Please fix!!!!

We use the "round half up" algorithm for taxes. I don't know what algorithm commerce sync uses, sorry.
