We are a non-profit organization that has a thrift store that utilizes Clover as its POS. We are planning to conduct a fundraising event and would like to capture the amount donated in Clover. There is one item, with a fixed sales amount, that will be utilized in this fundraising event. Our question is it possible to utilize Clover, to capture that information and not skew our sales data for the store? If so, what is the process. We think it might be non-revenue, but want to get an expert opinion.
