Posting as a separate question and not an answer to the previous.

We have not seen any webhooks since about Nov 2, 11:45AM PST. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Are you experiencing this with sandbox ( devkit) ? I just checked out on my devkit, seems to working at least 15 mins ago.

Webhooks should be back to normal for you.

(At some point I will likely remove this question since it has limited applicability)
