Merchants are looking for a way of notifying the kitchen if there has been a item voided from a bill which had previously been printed to the order printer (SP700)
Is the a way to Print a Voided Item notification to a Kitchen Printer?
Can you provide a bit more context here? Is your app printing orders before they are complete? Is it possible to wait until the order is complete/paid for before printing or is this for sit down service restaraunts?
We don't have the concept of a kitchen void receipt. You could send a second kitchen receipt, which would be updated. Such receipts indicate that they are a reprint, but do not call attention to removed items.
