We have an online ordering app, and as of late the demand for tip integration has increased. What is the correct method of applying tips to an order created via the REST API and paid for using Clover Pay (via the REST API)?
I can't seem to find this documented anywhere.

I assume by "Clover Pay" you mean Developer Pay? If so - https://docs.clover.com/docs/developer-pay-api. You will notice a tipAmount in the example request (under the section titled "Payment Flow using a Vaulted card"). This being said the Developer Pay API is deprecated and will be essentially disabled at a time in the not too distant future. You should be using our newer Ecomm API - https://docs.clover.com/docs/ecommerce-data-model (for tips see https://docs.clover.com/docs/ecommerce-accepting-payments).
