I am new to developing and learning as much as I can day by day. By default, I see that the only payment method the example allows is credit card. Can someone point me in the right direction on how I would add a Cash transaction?

The WindowsSDK doesn't provide an API for recording cash payments through the device. However, if you would like to add a cash payment to an order, you can use our cloud REST api to create an order and/or add a payment
