One of our clients is saying that they are having situations where a charge is sent to the Clover Mini for say $170, but only $70 is authorized. The sale is completing as normal on our end.
I need a way to try and reproduce this in the sandbox for testing purposes. Is there some way to force a test partial auth?
To add some data. We are using the Windows SDK. I think that I am looking for card information like the one from this post. https://devask.clover.com/question/24...
The cards in that post do not trigger the partial auth, declines, etc with a current expiration date like 4/17.
@omarreyes we have not found a way to do this yet. Clover does not appear to have a way to do this at this time which is disappointing.
