Debit swipe transactions getting declined with no reason provided.

We have gone through below existing ticket, but not found any solution in it.

When we are doing the sale transaction by selecting debit option after card swipe, the transaction getting declined every time, we have tried multiple cards for the same but no luck, so can you please let us know if we missing something in it or do we need to configure missing cards under merchant setting on clover portal? If yes Can you please let us know where and how to configure the cards?
(we are using Payment Connector integration for the same).

I think this is a known issue with the gateway simulator and certain test cards. Do you have another (real) debit card you can try?

As per our discussion we have tried to do the transaction using real debit cards, getting below issues

  1. When we are doing the transaction using Debit-VISA card (insert card) it will ask for pin directly and completed the transaction not asking for Cashback, we have enabled cashback on clover sandbox portal and clover mini devices as well.
  2. When we are doing the transaction using Debit-MasterCard (insert card) it will ask for pin and after processing getting error, please find the attached image for the same.
  3. We have tried test Debit-Interact cards (swipe, chip and pin, insert) also for clover certification test cases (the test case needs interact card) but getting Transaction Declined:Charge declined no reason provided.

    Can you please help us on the above issues and also let us know when it asks for cashback also?

Although cash back is only available on Clover Mini, Mobile, and Flex, you can use the Station and Station 2018 to set up this option.
