onLineItemsAdded Called Twice

I'm getting onLineItemsAdded called twice on my order updated listener.

I've ensured that that orderconnector.AddOnOrderUpdatedListener is only called once.

Any pointers on this issue?

Similar issue was shown here but the fix was not mentioned.
