Assuming you have already created a developer account (see https://docs.clover.com/build/#first-...)
Then you created your first test merchant as a part of that process. When you have logged in to your Developer dashboard, you can access any of your test merchants by clicking the user icon in the top right of the screen, and then selecting the merchant name under merchants in the dropdown.
