The title says it all, for all my test merchants I get a orange box saying 'not found' when I click on the Employees app within the sandbox dashboard. Since it worked before, I guess there is something wrong on Clover's side?

I know you have probably sent your merchant ID before but can you send it again? That way I can reproduce it and create an issue for the team that works the dashboard.
