The name that appears on the receipt is associated with the name of the employee account that was used to sign into the device, usually with a 4 or 6 digit pin. Have you checked the employees app on the device to make sure the deleted employee has also been removed from the device and isn't being logged into? If previous answer is yes, does this occur regardless of who is logging into the device?
