What number to fill in "Business EIN/Tax ID" field for Croatia?

We are trying to fill the form for company approval and we have a question what to enter into "Business EIN/Tax ID" field. In our country each company and private person has TAX ID (OIB) which has a length of 11 numbers and the field can be filled only with 9 numbers. Are we entering a wrong number?
