creating and getting customer information using clover customer connector sdk

Hi Clover,

We are making an android application and my requirement is to create new customer and get the existing customer information by using clover SDK CustomerConnector but we are getting some error "com.clover.sdk.v1.ForbiddenException: status code: 403 App doesn't have required permission: customer -R".

As we have already given the required permission for the customer-R /customer-W to our merchant dashboard .

Please provide me the suggested solutions,it needs urgent solutions for SDK use, not by using Clover API sloutions(We are alreading getting customer information from API but needs with SDK).

Did you set the permission before or after you installed your app?
