Problem retrieving payments in the API, just started happening a couple of hours ago

For some reason our customers cannot retrieve payments via API calls. This only started happening around 3 hours ago, it seemed to sort itself out, and now it's happening again.
We haven't changed our code for several weeks, and there is no problem doing this with the same code in Sandbox.
Is anyone aware of an issue with Live?
Our App waits for a payment broadcast, then issues an API call from our php back office to retrieve the payment details. Some part of this is timing out.

After some investigation, its looking as though is a delay in the Order details being written to the database on Clover.

So what is happening is the Merchant processes an order and takes a payment and then there is a long delay before that Order is available to the API.

Same issues with EU.Clover. Started four hours ago. EU.Clover.com took 4-to-7 minutes to return Open Orders from API call. Improved four hours ago.Three hours ago went slow again.

Update Clover EU normal service restored Wed 16.oo London time

( 11-am USA east coast), Normal service (Orders are available fast) this morning

Thurs August 1st.

Slow down has resumed as of 13:00 UK time here in the UK and Ireland.

I have heard that there is some sort of "roll-out" happening. If this is scheduled for early hours of the morning in the US West coast, it would be happening here in the UK at around this time. Could this be the problem? If so, could we have a response from Clover please regarding how much longer this is expected to continue for.

Currently all our merchants are experiencing extended delays.

It now appears to be resolved. I would be good to get a reason for this, so we can work to put in safe guards for the future.

Yes. My UK merchants report issues again today-now with response. So two apps or more affected by delays in receiving Orders info from EU.Clover.com. All points to EU.Clover server delays.
