Using FastClick() to eliminate 300ms delay in a webview

As per the question, I'm using FastClick() jquery plugin on the web app I've written. This works great with the older version of the chrome browser that's on the Clover Station. However, we have noticed a few of our clients recently reporting the system slowing down considerably.
I just wanted to eliminate FastClick from my enquiries, by checking if anyone else was aware of any problems with this plugin? I've searched online for any problems, but FastClick appears to have been a very widely used and well maintained piece of code. It was written by the Financial Times coding staff, and is in use extensively.

When you say the "system slowing down considerably", what do you mean? Your app, the entire OS, Clover's apps?
