I use /v3/merchants/{mId}/payments/{payId} also trying this /v3/merchants/{mId}/orders/{orderid}/payments/{payId} want to delete payment id and in out get "404 Not found." error

There is no API to delete payments from our ecosystem, as merchants need a history of all payments for tax reporting.
Additionally, 'locked' orders cannot be deleted, i.e. when associated with payment(s).
