Clover Mini device with Network pay app installed on it is frequently disconnecting

Hi,

We are using the Network pay app on clover mini device for semi integration with POS, but from last day we are facing one issue. Issue is Clover Mini device is disconnecting frequently. We have also checked the internet connectivity and that is working fine.

Could you please let us know the cause of the issue or why it is occurring?
