Clover Mini Merchant association

I ordered a Clover Mini Dev Kit and trying to semi integrate to windows POS but keep on getting " Device is not associated with merchant" error. How do i fix this? Do I need some test merchant account?

Yes, all Clover devices must be associated with a Merchant account. (In sandbox, you must associate the device with your developer account's test merchant)
