Customers App has very limited functionality

Hello all:

The Customers App has very limited functionality in order to track customers. It can not create groups, can not write notes on customers, can not add fields, can not modify fields, can not contact customers.

I LOVE Gmail where you can do all that and more. There are numerous fields, create your own fields, various options, sharing options, etc.

Take a look at cloud CRM we released this app to offer merchants an ability to add any fields they need also to remove the fields they dont need or change settings like optional or required. Also using cloud CRM merchants can create customer categories or types . With web interface merchants can export to different formats.
