Invoke Clover Device through Cloud (SDK v3.0) from Java/REST

Current documentation I could find on the matter points to a Javascript SDK https://docs.clover.com/clover-platform/docs/cloud...

Is there a way of invoking Payments/Clover Device from a Java SDK or REST API?
