Applying Convenience fee (Assume service charge!?) and tips, rest API

I Want to add Convenience fee and tips to my order so it shows on the receipt.

For tips, I'm getting the tips suggestions from the rest API, but not sure how can I apply it to my order or payment!

For service charges, there is an endpoint for default service charges, but, how can i create one?
