New Merchant Dashboard doesn't work in Internet Explorer

FYI, I've just noticed there are a number of incompatibilites in the new Merchant Dashboard that make it unusable in Internet Explorer, some missing files and unsupported properties - I included a screen grab of the dev tools as a sample.

Seems like a missing polyfill. Good old Internet Explorer - keeping devs on their toes since 1995.

I'm testing with Internet Explorer 11.523
