How can I pay online without devices?

How can I pay online without devices?When I submit my app,the clover support, Susan Chambers, asked me why I don't use the pay APIs for online order.But I search the doc, I don't find the 'Pay' API for online without devices.Could you tell me how I can I use the Pay APIs without devices and let me web app get through?Please help, Thanks.Regards,John.

You would need to use our Developer Pay API.
