We are suddenly getting 500 server error in our production code for the EU only, same code (with correct endpoint + auth) works for both sandbox and US environment. Is this a known issue? Let me know if you need any more information

Can you provide the exact endpoint you are using and the ID or name of a merchant that's experiencing the problem?
