Change Developer Account Owner

We have a developer account and it is owned by someone that is no longer active in the company. How can we change the owner role to another active admin on the account?

In order to change the owner, the current owner needs to email appmarketbusiness@clover.com from the email the account is tied to. Our App Market Business team can assist you from there.

If your company does not have access to this email, then we cannot change owners.

If the CEO of the company emails in - would this work?

I don't believe so, but perhaps email appmarketbusiness@clover.com. I cannot guarantee anything on their behalf, but I would see about working with them on a solution to your account issue.
